We use Real Tools to provide support to enable a more collaborative and productive working environment - in meetings, workshops and conferences. Events can be one-offs or part of an ongoing project. We can either lead the event, or work with a team to deliver it for themselves.

Approach

These sessions need a structured and disciplined approach to planning. Working with sponsors and client groups, clear purpose, objectives and outcomes are agreed with the facilitator. Once the outcomes are clear, a customised process is designed and then finalised. Events combine a wide range of processes, mixing client specific requirements with tried and tested business and learning methodologies. Although our planning is structured, the facilitator, in conjunction with the sponsor, will be responsive to reshaping and re-directing the event ‘live’ if necessary.

The approach involves a combination of collaborative technology (using networked computers that we provide) facilitation and, if required, a content expert. The facilitator, working with the Real-Tools, leads and supports the workshop process providing more in depth; idea generation, deeper group interaction, clearer consensus building and measurement, plus highly efficient documenting of the whole event.
