Peter has over 25 years experience of IT across the applicaiton lifecycle including analysis, design, programming, operations and improvement. He has extensive project management and service management experience working for a commercial service provider.

Change and Confiuration Management

Peter as worked in the Health, Pharmaceutical, Travel, Finance and Government Sectors installing and configuring Configuration Management solutions with tools such as Visual SourceSafe, Serena PVCS Version Manager, Serena PVCS Dimensions, IBM Rational ClearCase (full and LT), IBM Rational ClearQuest, Telelogic Configuration Management Synergy.

As part of the solution design and transtion, Peter has been responsible for deleloping the accompanying Change, Configuration and Release processes and plans, He also trains users, developers, Configuration Management Administrators and Configuration Management Managers in the use of the tools.
