ConnectSphere’s assessment services provide a solid foundation for a measurable improvement programme. We can assess your performance and controls against your internal standards, contracts or industry standards. We assess the quality and effectiveness of your services and service management capability.ConnectSphere adds value by recommending improvements, identifying both strengths and weakness and making sure any results are a sound basis for any decision-making. Assessments can be combined e.g. typical examples include ITIL and COBIT assessment, ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000. ITSM and ITIL assessment services

ConnectSphere uses the ITIL industry standards and ISO/IEC 15504 to scope, plan and perform assessments. The output deliverables from each assessment service will be an agreed format to suit your business needs and will include:

ITIL baseline and benchmark assessment services

ConnectSphere offers service management baseline and benchmark assessments with a gap analysis (see figure). The assessment report provides baseline compliance, maturity and quality measures. We offer baseline comparisons against benchmark data and provide recommendations on risks and opportunities for improvement.

ISO 20000 assessment and ITIL assessment consultants
