RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation Returns: If you need to return goods to us because your order has been cancelled, please refer to the 'Cancellation of Order' clauses in our Terms and Conditions.

Returns Under Guarantee: If you need to return goods to us under guarantee this can be done by:

a) returning the goods to us (please bring your receipt with you and if applicable the card you paid with, so that it can be credited);

b) emailing us at sales@connectsphere.com

c) phoning us on +44 (0)845 838 2345 - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand;

d) writing to us at After Sales, ConnectSphere Limited, Business and Technology Centre, Bessemer Drive, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2DX, UK.

To qualify for a refund based on your original payment method or exchange the goods must be returned with proof of purchase and must be otherwise in 'as-new' condition (and, if possible in the original packaging).

If you need to return goods to us under guarantee, please also refer to the 'Guarantee' section.

This Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
